    Now a days there is no stability of job they start hired and fired basis their asking rate is not for human they treat like you robot and AI day start with 9 am morning they ask a person on daily basis 1.Life insurance of 2 lakh 2.2 saving and 1 current account of 5 lakh each 3. Unique FD of 1 CR 4.Loan disbursement of 2 lakh either it is home loan or business loan and gold loan is mandatory 5. 5 meetings 6.25 calling 7.general insurance 8. Credit card and forex card 9. Demate account 10. Customer service 11. Buttering of seniors If you are failed in all these numbers they start insulting you amongst all the staff and start misbehave and you have only 1 options to left the job or attempt to suicide. I am a vendor staff in FMS company.All managers are friendly and support to the all staff members. Cleary doubt clarification.all HDB staff and managers are good . Even work from also available for HDB staff.

    I like to work at HDFC bank but whose people are working in HDFC collection department those people are torchering employees, Managers and BM's and BM's bosses don't even treat employees like human's, they don't even give 10 mins break,but they took 2 or 3 hours break, every time they are doing extra work with us, especially in Secretariat branch 6th floor.credit card collection department
