Nothing to be liked.... Worst experience ever had ... Managers are worst... They just wanted there work to be done...They just keep on shouting for the update...Not at all helpful..

Everything... Work culture is pathetic..i would suggest people not to join this bank... It's was a nightmare to be working there ... Not a single day was in peace...

Toxic work culture, senior management employees targeting executives, 13 hours straight work, over target pressure, zero hikes, zero appraisal, 0 work life balance, 0 appreciation, I will not recommend anyone to join hdfc or their sister concerns, get a life

From the year 2013 to 2023 worked with the Bank, in which I have received ER Memo in 2016 for data sharing, when I was an Relationship Manager, It was purely happen for the benefit of BANK.... THUCKALAY(1878) branch handed over to me in the year 2016, NO one has properly handed over the details- 35 crs portfolio book. With high delinquent accounts.. To set right the group details I transferred the details to my personal Id to work in latest Excel, the same file worked and sent back within 2 hours time...I have received ER MEmo for this cause... After 2016, I worked for 05 FYs , in which 03 years selected as Talent pool employee.. BUT am not be able come back only because of ER Memo... Am willing to work with HDFC BANK any where in the country...Read More

The best banking sector to start the career. Had lot of learning from there. Peers were very supportive, we get to meet new customers every and interact with them. The bank has the reason why it is being number in India.

Very poor working environment. It is purely money minded company. HRs will recruit freshers from college without mentioning that this is a sales job. Their only job is to onboarding the new joiners, after onboarding they don't have any power. They are like puppet for the Cluster heads. Only after joining the company you'll come to know that this is a sales job. Starting from interview process and till joining the company, the role will be mentioned as "Personal Banker". Only after joining the company, you'll come to know the actual name of the role is "Personal Banker - Sales". They'll never motivate to for your work. There will always be pressure. They won't let you be free even when you are on leave, they'll disturb by calling you frequently. They'll assign work intentionally when you got permission for early going from them. Nobody will help you in the branch. Nobody knows nothing when you ask them. The manager won't approve the reimbursement amount. The senior people will never see you as a fresher, they'll torture you and put same kind of work pressure as experienced people. I can say many disadvantages. But one thing for sure, "If you can survive and gain knowledge in HDFC (Minimum 6 months), you can survive in any company (That kind of very bad company)"...Read More
