Worst and only Worst word for HDFC Bank .Everything I dislike, The culture, The environment , Employee Harrasment ,The Leadership ,The colleagues. Overall it's all about politics in HDFC Bank and oiling ,How much you can oil your Supervisor,colleagues you will sustain otherwise you will have end up your career in this bank.

Company is good but managers are not. Here Ratings done based on personal rappo rather than professional efforts. HR hasn't have that power or access to take steps against this biased environment.
