Work life balance, Internal politics and environment bad Promotion cycle for min 4 yrs and appraisal waiting period of 3 month 30th March year end done but appisal do in May and salary bonus Credited in June last week

Over all huge organization with full of vintage people who have taken all benefits like home loan,car loans,personal loans and now decided to get retirement from same company.So you may learn more things in between these vintage people.Hdfc bank gives more employment to female candidate and provide safe and good environment.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal increment are least . Inflation rates even more than every year salary increment percentage..No incentive program for collection manager.Annual Bonus is merely God shake.
