Bank is in cash crunch, hence, no budget, minimal increments or bonuses. Bank is struggling to get CASA to improve deposits. Bad phase for the Bank. Leadership (C1 and above) is clueless how the bottom level D3-D4 Band people are abusing their power, manipulating system just to stay in good books of upper management. Going forward, these people will run the Bank and will suck out the blood. Great place to Work -Bank has it, but it is a scam. Run away!! HR of HDFC bank lives in a delusion, they are exploiting the manpower by not giving justice to the effort and their salaries. The industry average is almost 100% higher than the salary they provide.
