Work culture, rigid policies, lack of support from supervisors except torture for business and HR is totally missing. No clarity on KRA and targets changes anytime in mid of the quarter and you do not have a choice but to comply with the changes.

Work life balance is poor, high workload pressure even asked to work on holidays by continuously posting whatsapp msg on group. Salary increment is minimal, no bonuses on diwali, not even a happieee diwali msg.

Work culture is just too toxic. Many many employees left within very short period due to this. No opportunity for growth. There's also favouritism culture. If you're not favourite one of your manager from your team, your appraisal, rating & review will be the lowest! If you're the hardest working but not favourite of your manager then your bonus will be 3 times less than the favourites ones. Manager won't even listen you properly & shout you like anything. There is no teamwork. Recently there are multiple changes in top management hence toxicity has increased significantly, work expectations are out of the world at low salary. If you're doing anything in system there are MIS available for that so be ready to answer. Processes are just too much for a damn easy things which can be done within seconds, you just have to follow the process because top management wants that. That's it....Read More
