Lack of supportive manager. Company politics Employees are harassed when targets are unachievable and there's no support by manager. No job security. Unofficial frequent deputation to other location with zero travel allowance. Humiliation in front of other employees when sales productivity is not good.

Really pathetic work culture environment. Even after more than spending 5 years no promotion though my score card was good . Team has favouritism and castism.

Last 2 years I was facing salary increment issue and I had highlighted to HR head also but I got foolish reply that on am level ur annual package bandwidth is high due to which increment can't be done . If you are good in slavery and chatugiri then do join this so called no one bank.
