Poorest leadership due to which the company is slowly sinking. The worst part is that the leadership team thinks they are doing great but needs to analyze where they are going wrong. Get out of your old school or so-called VP school principles. The company is completely dependent on the so-called VP of services but, she is the biggest threat to the company and I wish they realize it sooner or later. No one who shares the role with her can survive and breathe after a few months. They will either be migrated to a different team or they will be thrown out. This is the harsh truth. She will be harsh and utterly rude to anyone who shares the role with her and always can be seen arguing with them in front of everyone in the meetings which leads to embarrassment to other employees present in the meeting. She has absolutely "ZERO" manners of talking to the employees and she preaches about professionalism. It is sad to see management is a puppet in her hands and she decides things. People are rude and harsh and managers are sandwiched in between to accept what is thrown at them and also manage the larger team positively. The entire leadership is poor and they expect employees to work from 8 am at least to 10 pm every day and keep WhatsApp on always. You will be screwed with work that you barely get some personal time for yourself or your family. Anyone who quits the organization always has feedback on how well they are connected with the family after they leave HealthifyMe. How life is better now for them. I am reaching out to shed light on the unfair practices at HealthifyMe, where employees are being exploited and their hard work goes unrecognized. The organization follows a 1MG model, where employees are paid for only one month in a quarter, essentially working two months for free. Additionally, the targets for incentives are set unrealistically high, making it difficult for employees to earn their full salary. I am still owed 50,000 rupees, but my emails to the HR department have gone unanswered. This treatment is unacceptable, and it is disheartening to see hard-working employees being taken advantage of in this manner. I request the LinkedIn community to share this post to raise awareness about the unfair practices at HealthifyMe. No salary they pay 14000 to experienced employees and make them work for 12 hrs and post that no Saturday Sunday is off and they provide you salary 4 times in a year rest they will increase your targets so that they pay you less and incentives only which is just 14 k or even less than Han that.

If you have the slightest bit of respect for your career & self, do not join this company. They are in a loop of hire & fire since the last 3 years and have had unpredicted layoffs happening thrice in a span on 1 year. The company is in poor financial state. If they hire you, the only reason will be to suck the life out of you for 3-6 months as they are just money hungry & seek profitability. They lack integrity & culture as a company. Poor leadership & senior management promotes & retains based solely on office politics, so if you can be some "yes boss" person without using your brain only to be fired 6 months down the line, go for it. There is no growth in any role, people have been stuck for 2 years without appraisals. The CEO remains unaffected by what goes on in the ground level as the middle management & leadership blinds him with false pretences about ground reality. I am writing this review as they will start hiring again in the next 3 months given they just laid off 150 employees. I had a very traumatizing experience with Kavyesh. I Strongly advice against joining this company if you have to work with him or on his team. Kavyesh was Team Leader in Workforce Management department. He often created a toxic and abusive work environment within his team. He lacks integrity, he is sadistic, he often lies, manipulates and abuse people around him, into creating animosity towards other employees who questions or disagrees or critiques his malpractices or wrong doings.
