Some staff use abusive language, make inappropriate gestures, and there's even been abusive behavior towards female colleagues. A select group gets unfair advantages—they come in late, use others' data without consent, and even get rewarded for unethical practices. New hires are set up to fail with outdated leads. It's not just unprofessional; it's hostile. STUDENTS/CUSTOMERS: Be very cautious. Sales tactics include making false promises over unrecorded calls, using fraudulent UPI QR codes, and inconsistent pricing (same course sold from ₹30,000 to ₹85,000+). Some staff edit company QR codes for personal gain. There's a "no refund" policy, even when they fail to start your class after payment. DATA & FINANCE: The company manipulates data to inflate sales figures. They count full course fees as sales even when only initial EMIs are paid. Some staff use others' data, delete chats to hide misconduct. Bad debt risk is high as they offer risky EMI plans. Multiple bills for one transaction suggest serious financial mismanagement. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: I reported these issues to CEO, providing thorough evidence. Instead of addressing the problems, they terminated my employment.
