-VED department, especially there is one section head who is a complete disaster and he exhibits unprofessional behaviour toward employees and colleagues. - No promotion even after 5-6 years of service. - Full of credit takers and no recognition even after solving major problems and market issues. Company Policies are good but not implemented in Haridwar plant. A good platform for beginners only to learn and stamping for brand

Dislikes

More politics and favouring to one face by bosses. Hudge work load and daily threatening to job and salary. No promotions and no value of person by top management.
