It's a huge set up with approx 7000 employees in one plant. And the you can learn is doing politics.

1. Poor management 2. Unnecessary harassment 3. Focus on showing good rather than doing good. 4. Weak shop floor strategies. 5. Management and seniors will react you like you are a kid even after 10-12 years of experience and wants to handle responsibilities like you are the HOD.

At initial years of job Environment was co-ordial but salary were miserable. Latter stage of Job salary was good rest all was extremely poor.

There is no crose line for customers means customers can say any thing to employees . Sometimes customer comes in the company while having alcohol and talk to the employees with abusive language infect abusing language is common at that place for customer. My interest in automobile industry i worked with hero dealership last 20 years we can learn more at the time of joining I was very happy to work in hero but I resigned recently as dealership wil change

Previously good involvement from area office but last few years they are not focusing and no appraisal from hero side I think i spent my life in hero hero company grows but staff like us struggle for them but still I want to work with hero itself I love hero

Hero is not a japnese company it's a Indian company old people's in HMCL thinks they are the boss and no one knows better then them also HMCL follows TPM which I think a great misguide for top management as people's are showing wrong data in each pillar and clapping for each other in the end of each time review
