Mostly nothing. The only good thing that I liked about them is the salary that they are offering and increments offered. The salary structure depends on your performance no matter from wherever you have hired from or whatever experience you holds.

Everything!!! They not have a work-life balance. They treat the employees as dogs. They just want the employees to work, work and work. They will make you wait until and unless you give them numbers no matter if it's even 12 am in the night. The female employees TL makes them wait till 12 in the night. They just do not know how and when to behave professionally with the employees. Lot of politics, people at Manager /architect/Lead level form groups and never welcome new member easily into the team. Won't recommend at all. Learnings wise not much to learn.

Favoritism to South Indian employees(as most projects are based in Chennai) and toxic-management. Poor Appraisal and recognition processes. Relocation issue - employees are forced to work from Chennai location. No bonus or incentive policy(no bonus even on Diwali), maximum bonus amount was 1000 rupees.

It is worst firm I ever incountered. They provide me irrelevant calls when I was on bench. And fired without any intimation by forcing to resign by screen sharing. The HR commited to provide 3 months of basic salary but she refused once I resigned. Even she lied that she has not done any such communication.

Hike is minimalistic, even if the company's is booming with profit still they will You less package and less increments everytime, which is forcing employees to resign and switch
