The hired me as a permanent employee but fired you once I complete 60 days in bench. This happened to almost all developers. They provide contractual jobs by saying it's permanent .Hexaware has 60 days bench policy. Never ever try to join this company because you will regret alot everytime..

Can release from employment upon any medical or genuine reason. 4. Join here, get hike while joining, then switch after 1 Or 1.5 year

Don't expect annual hike, for 5 star they will give 4-5% hike. Getting 5 star is not easy, again manager influence and other politics will hamper your ratings.
