Favoritism to South Indian employees(as most projects are based in Chennai) and toxic-management. Poor Appraisal and recognition processes. Relocation issue - employees are forced to work from Chennai location. No bonus or incentive policy(no bonus even on Diwali), maximum bonus amount was 1000 rupees.

Only work culture is good, and the process they follow is also good, they give great opportunities to learn grow.

Dislikes

Hike is minimalistic, even if the company's is booming with profit still they will You less package and less increments everytime, which is forcing employees to resign and switch

It's my first company so i liked most of the things but realized lately that everything's fake and each personality is fake and all are selfish.

When your manager forgets her words about you after completion of work especially during appraisal. But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Now the manager won't even remember me.

One of the worst company I came across. Does not value employees. No transport above 25kms Eben lady employees travel at their own risk from office after second shifts. HR's are least bothered, managers are unprofessional. Different employee policies within same company and within vertical too. People are frustrated and resigning without offers. I will never refer any one as they don't have enough projects if u are relieved from existing projects for which u were recruited....Read More

Work life balance is worst, constantly ask to extend the working hours and at the end no recognization. The increment and promotion is not given based on you performance. They will ask you to work 12 hours everyday and also ask you to work over weekends.

They just want work to get done. So as long as I worked as expected no one bothered me for anything. Even I don't expect anything more than that.

Dislikes

Appraisals. Even if you are a best performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

Salary Timing issue, you have to maintain 9hrs 15min per day on an average in a quarter. 3 months notice period. HRs and seniors are not helpful in actual career growth. They give little salary and expect the most from us. They have bonds, they won’t leave you easily either. Even onboarding is an issue Because they don’t give timely update, like I said HRs are not helpful.

It's like a Jail. Breaks not allowed. Breaks are freezed. Not allowed to go out of the office after 9 without permission and if there is no one for permission, you will have to be there till morning. even if the shift is over. - Worst workplace. - Biased HR team. - Ethnicity promoted. Locals are adored and outsiders will remain outsiders. - Hypocrisy. Lecture on Guidelines/Promotion/Appraisal for people they had to hire to fill spots and making exceptions without counting for people they wanted/needed to hire to meet all the performance metrics. - No realvalue of TL/AM designation. When they start insulting you, they don't remember who they're speaking to. -Advisor says, Support staff is bad.....HR will jump on them like vultures. Support staff shares same concern: 1000 questions, no real action and teaching their guidelines. - That same Agent impacts the score, gets escalation..... warning letter will be issued in support staff's name in no time by the same hardworking people from HR team....Read More

Lot of politics, people at Manager /architect/Lead level form groups and never welcome new member easily into the team. Won't recommend at all. Learnings wise not much to learn.
