Teammates are supportive always,training every month any one topic given very useful for us, salary growth is average ,learning point of more systems is there,work environment is good.

Dislikes

Some times nobody cannot support any issues but asking question only why problem not solved ... manpower issues is there most of contractual not stable with in a month ...due to this so many rejection products make new comers ... work pressure is high some times i have work 16 hrs daily 12 hours compulsory ..
Team work is not there .. major problem for this...

Now I am under training period.but I have to do all type of work individually like a supervising, manpower handle, machine maintenance by my self,take the record of utility side,make the TPM standard,MTTF and MTBF data making,means all type of work doing our own responsibility.

No guidence from our superior side,I am doing hardworking but no motivation.

I like the company policies which is clearly defined not any hidden policy and working environment also gives a good. Also carrier is good along with this company. Employees avail good growth in this company

Training is not availed by superiors so that's why lack of theoretical knowledge of employee regarding systems)
