i worked with Hilton corporate office india for 6.5 years and i realised that each and everything was good there more than the other corporate office like the hilton has a best work enviornment, flexible hours, your can work from home, hilton pays very good salary and benefits than the other companies.

big Level Office Politics, favouritism, after your resignation people will disowned you like you never work for them , they can fire you anytime without any Evidance and if you are a junior staff and you reach to HR department for justice for you , they will always show you that how concern they are and they wants to help you but inactual case they will not help you they always protect stakeholders or senior leadership if they did wrong to you and you will have to leave your job because no one support junior because i tolerate this after 6.5 years of Hilton career i was regularly listening and on daily basis Hilton will tell you that we are a family and Hilton is a best place to work but when you need them they dont help you out.. same did happened with me.. ...HILTON IS NOT A BEST PLACE TO WORK......Read More
