There is nothing to say good about this company.Work culture is very rigid towards the employees.They treat their employees as they are slaves working for some amount of salary.Managers in Babycare segment in delhi ncr region are illetrate and they dont know how to manage team and how to talk to the employees of the company.Dont ever think to join this company.
You will really pissed off to join such an organisation who treat you like a coolie who ask you to pick up the belongings from their home and fill your home with full of samples and gifts which will made the home to look like a garage also here people are treated like a slave.The Business development manager of the company in Delhi NCR region of babycare segment accuse and harass the employees just to fulfill their own grudges with them.
Prensently vary very poor or badly culture in Himalaya drug co behaviour by company to employees & no any type are facilities. HDC is one division which call to baby care (Zevida Pharma ) it is very growing division but Employee not safe such as After 3 years suffering from this division many many employee no any type facilities by company, no confirmation, no insurance, no life secqure etc. After 2 year many many employee lift in this company & division. I want to be suggest plz don't joint in this divisions each other people or person.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the best. I love the fact and I'm part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client based. I also like the employee policy here.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is high. Managers do not value and individual unique strength.
