It is one of the good organisation which on health issues specially Reproductive child health and other health issues.

Dislikes

I could not say anything about it because I did spend only six months in the organisation. In meantime I have good relation with my colleges accept my immediate supervisor at Kanpur. Honestly I could not manage the organisational dynamics in the my area of intervention and i decided to exit from there.

Work

I was working as advocacy officer and dealing the issues of HIV/AIDS in the industrial area, labor unions and larger civil society organization in tthe Kanpur and Lucknow.

The company has a good working culture to work with. All the staff including the HO staff are very co-operative and helpful in nature and are always ready to help you when you are in desperate need. If the problem of the employee is genuine they help the employee out of the way which motivates the employee and feel proud to be the part of the organization.

Dislikes

Career growth was very slow. Job security with the contractual staff is not there.

My work was very challenging as 18-20 days I have to be in the field with the concern area in-charge and to promote the DN and SMO brand brand in the rural market of my territory. Also on monthly basis I have update the concern SACS about the development
