Intrusive top management with basic understanding of business and no ability to provide insights Other CxO are mere pets and lack a spine. PM's are caught in build trap. They are actually backlog managers and no PM process or frameworks followed Lack of resources and bandwidth made available to PM's All sprints go out of scope. If a PM says no it's looked down upon. You need to be a yes man. HR is non existent and has no say in employee welfare. It will occasionally do the typical celebration of festivals to show how inclusivity.
