The manager Parul Batra was a horrible mentor and a person who is religion biased and a depressed person who has anger issues due to that I was unable to enjoy my work as she has temper issues.

They are actually backlog managers and no PM process or frameworks followed Lack of resources and bandwidth made available to PM's All sprints go out of scope. If a PM says no it's looked down upon. Nothing good about shine.com before joining they tell you something and later they make you do something else.

1)what was promised that was not there. 2) No proper working environment. 3) All the office chairs are not in good condition. few chairs are dirty. First, when you come to the office you must look for a good chair so no one else should take it. 4)Managers are not at all supportive. Not a good place to work.
