Work life not balanced. as per asm's tso should complete his target at any cost even the cost of integrity. Non-GTM (RD) is disaster due to mal practices. Asm threatening that you will be terminated if you not complete targets & His wpg. Sometimes on mandatory fastival holiday asm threatening that he will make sure you can't go home& if you don't obey him he will terminate you from the company. Unilever's work environment is getting worse every day. There’s too much work, no balance between work and personal life, and a bad appraisal system. Most people think they have to keep their manager happy at all costs, or their life will be made miserable. The HR department is just for show and doesn't know what's happening on the ground. The leaders don't care about the field workers because they're paid well. Basically, the Area Sales Manager (ASM) decides if you stay or go. It’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for. You’re better off joining a smaller company with fewer perks, because having time for family and personal growth is more important....Read More
