Co is partner of HP and consultant for third party . I worst my 5 years be a employee of Hitachi systems as co posted client site me as resident engineer but co not value it and keep my post as only engineer while at Client site I was supporting rest of India (30) and Gulf (5) total 35 branches with 400 users my self as a IT Officer . I troubleshoot users software issues remotely and for h/w issues hires engineer by paying . In some branches I have manged AMC local engineers . At Gulf I have to purchase systems online. These all I have to managed my self with co-operation site branch manger and users which was very painful but Hitachi not credited me . But I have received great honour by my users and branch managers . As users joins I alot him/her a pc/ lapy and configure his email settings or required ERP / VPN and applications Domain membership . On issues resolve or troubleshoot issues . As users left co he submit me the system and I check remotely
Compensation is decent but growth is slow but work pressure very high as I have to work 10-11 hours ,as I have to attend Gulf users up to 8-9 PM as Gulf timing is late than Indian time . But Managers do not value it. I receive appreciation emails from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals. Also there is no on -job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step but there is no credit for it too.
I seats at client site-Infoedge India Ltd , B-8, Sect-132, Noida as a IT officer known as ITinfra ROI , supporting IT issues my self remotely or arrange engineer on site hiring for rest of India ( 30) and Gulf (5) branches users .
Work life balance is virtually not present. No proper training or knowledge transfer is provided. Satisfying client is top priority with the expense of Employee satisfaction. No direct communication with office staff and HR department is a joke.
Compensation is a deceiving concept here. A salary is paper and a different less salary in hand. As mentioned in the write sample, I work beyond shift timings to go out of my way to support without appreciation. Literal brain drain and end of a work day is painful
Teammates are divided into 2 categories: Old one not up to the mark, new one well behaved, Job security: Zero, Career growth: Ok, Salary: Average, Politics: Very High level, seems most of the old guys are involved in politics only, work environment: not up to the mark, work-life balance: Zero.
My current contract over from noida 30th Nov 2017.but company give me opportunity delhi location but not give me Delhi minimum wage.they are forcing for resign without notice HR management very bad you can not believe .hr not well
Because Hitachi gives 100% services to our employee. Hitachi management is very powerful to give our services on time to time. I have learn many things from hitachi and i am feeling great. I am feel great if i got opportunity to work with hitachi in future.
