I can't believe that it is not only happened with me but many of Honeywell employees face this until I read the reviews. When you ask for promotion, all the drama starts that you are not doing great, this that. Until that movement you are doing great, you deserve promotion but when you ask for it, this is how it goes and threaten you to put you under PIP without any proof nothing. In that mental pressure itself, you will leave the company, i dono why do they do that. If someone has to under PIP, did they do all the hard work and each time they try to do their best??...Read More

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.

NO promotions, once you become a Senior financial analyst here, then it will be a full stop. You can't expect the next position if you wait 10 years also. Plenty of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.
