View AllHuawei's value are more on hard work. We learned many tools (U2000,U2020,PRS,FMA,UNET,Omstar, Genex Cloud etc.) which are user friendly. We get reward based on performance, those who contribute more get more. Working culture is very good, supportive management.

Working in Huawei was good experience lots of working professional worked here learned so much here every year you have chance to enhance your skills and got increment like bonus and salary hike.
Working culture need to be modifiy so much work stress working hours more every employee have to 2 days off in a week and 8 hours work should be on daily.
Management is totally confused. They donot want to increase offline market. They want to work on online business. Always big price difference in online and offline product..we as a employee only motivate our offline team to work in this tuff situation.
They will never thought about competition. They demand only competition data but never work on that data. Chinese management always prefer indian online business. They are not showing interest in offline business.
