The company employees are hard worker. They are working honestly.

I am also ex huhtamaki employee. I was forced to give resign in feb 23. Justlike me, more than 25 staff employees were forced to resigned without notice period and zero compansation. All the employees having work experience more 15 to 25 yrs. There is no any work balance. Employees are feared that company will forces them to give resign any time. Everyboby enters in the factory with tension<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary and other benefits are normal</mark>. Employees works hard and honestly, but they have not getting benefit of this. Company will give benefit in system only. While appraisal, the good points are filled infront of appraisee.After appraisee leves the room manager change the remarks and forward the appraisal. So recently there is no work satisfaction. Employees fills unsecure. They have no job security. Hence company culture will be spoiled....Read More
