There is no work life balance in Hyatt Pune. Too much work pressure. The product is not so great where Sales person can show result. ADOS play dirty politics and can even she can take benefit of POSH. Sale’s territory is allocated on The basis of favourism.

I have worked with companies which show care towards their employees however it lacked completely here. Company knowingly or unknowingly does not want to know the reason for ppl leaving. No exit interviews conducted. This was the first ever feeling of writing a review for any company that I worked with.

Overall the cultural diversity and the learning that you'll get is amazing.

Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.

Everything was good. Staff behaviour was very nice and management also great and Hyatt regency Lucknow is following our purpose " We care for people so they can we there best" if I will get any opportunity for work with Hyatt again definitely I'll do it.
