Ibm as company is good but the project n the management was extremely poor bcz of which i gave poor relating. No training given and even 1 day sick leave was to be reported with doctor prescribed.. every weekend we were working n no personal life. Manager n manager biased approach lead multiple resignation and groupism n office politics was at peak..

For women who doesn't care about carrier growth but just want peace of mind, then IBM is the best place. But if you are carrier oriented and expects that you must be rewarded for your work then stay away from this company.IBM gives only the joining hike and nothing else.
