They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

IBM is worlds top 3 company. It’s one of my dream company.it’s great opportunity to worked with IBM. No doubt on it

Especially sr. managers. (Aditya Srivastava) Hyderabad Uppal location. Worst behaviour. Region feeling. When I ask internal moment he not responded properly. And showing partiality within the team. Even employee in notice period he don’t interact with them. My entire career I never see manager like him.
