IBM is amazing company to work with. There is job security, specially when most of the companies are releasing, terminating employees. Most of the people have made this place great to work. Company policies are very employees friendly and is very helpful. One of the very unique policy is that they provide loan as well in case of medical emergencies.

Dislikes

Growth, hike, salary depends on manager, I think atleast salary should have a structure in place as per market and it should not have any control by managers.

Work life balance is amazing in this company which is not easy to find now days. Most of the companies are forcing lot of extra hours and many employees are not able to manage work life balance, but I can proudly say IBM does provide great work life balan

IBM as a brand is a feel good factor apart from that nothing else.

Everything...full of egoistic and tenured people running the company who are very insecure about their jobs if any new guy joins in.

Its culture and process and strict guidelines and safety and security towards diversity employees is really commendable.

Dislikes

Please make it an HR driven company and not a manager driven company. Not paid enough for the kind of work done. No/negligible yearly increment. These have to be considered on top priority. If you don't keep your people happy, they will break and eventually quit.

It was about average. Nothing much to comment. I always worked more than 12hrs though the shift was for 10hrs.

IBM is a great place to be if you want to upskill yourself. You will be under constant pressure to upskill since most of the roles will end up adding no value to your career.

Dislikes

IBM has done nothing to add value to its shareholders. In the past 12 years the share price has not seen any big upward moment nor have they declared any dividents.
