I got merely 18% hike on current CTC along with 2lakh joining bonus in my current CTC for Technical Project Manager role that too in a startup .Is really market down these days?How to negotiate .
Current CTC -28, YOE-12 years.
Disappointed with the offer .There were 5 round of interviews for this role. I am in well settled organisation and doing good and can expect promotion in next cycle FY 25.
