Packages,no hike even after 1 year completion in the project with good performance. They are ok to hire new employee with 50-70% hike but cannot give even 20% hike for the existing performing employee in the project.

Everything in managers hand. They have no HR policy, only you have to connect to manager what will happen to you. If manager need you he/she will save you otherwise they will say bye. And the best part is manager knows nothing. They are managers because they are in the same organization for more then 12+ years. They don't know howto give interview or connect people outside the world(IBM). So they are GOD inside the world. They can do anything what ever they want. And HR will connect with you and say thank-you. Please connect your manager. Since joining till end I didn't get if they have no HR policy what the whole team of HR is doing. Why they don't have pressure to go out and seek job. Best part is if you don't have project they will force you to change location. Doesn't matter where you want to join , where your family stays. And I don't know why people say best place to work for females. I think most females are so much hardworking inside IBM. Coding testing mangers and what so ever. Don't know what all male managers are doing inside the IBM apart from being Shashi Tharoor. Females are also good in English. Just the thing is they are not able to focus on job, because somewhere they are doing dual job. Please don't misunderstand dual job meaning moonlighting, I mean they are homemakers as well with job. Please do appreciate them with some respect. Apart them people saying, "females IBM join hi isliye karte hain ki aaram se ghar manage Kar sake." There are no points to dislike IBM. But one suggestion. Whenever any skilled resource on bench please assign that resource to project ASAP.
