I worked with icici Bank for 4.5 years as a coordinator and I believe that work culture is very good in Icici bank, supportive staff and boss also and learned a lot from there.

It's very good work place, some issues like we are offroll employee, company not give chance for onroll. Other companies do onroll to offroll employees. It's minus point, rest all best.

It was a good experience for me. I learned many things during my job period and there was a good Ambience. The team is very helpful to each other and work like family members.

One thing is only there which i dislike that is salary increment. There was slow increased in salary. Otherwise everything is going well.

Really I like there work atmosphere.its very very good at the same time work pressure not there we will at any time we will do the work but thing is we will complete the work on day then leave office.there we would be maintained no work pressure and maintenance of gud relationship employee and relationship manager.some we want leavewe will take more than days no one not ask why did you take these days leave.slary will come time to time.there around 200 employees working we will easily mingel with others....Read More

Am working there offrole employee we will not get any promotions and incentives. We will be ofter five years also same designation and salary will hike some thousands that's enough.
