I was working with the bank for 3yrs and I had completed all my business parameters and KRA then also they had not given me bonus and transferred me to other region away from my home. Which were unprofessional behaviour by such big organisation and HR’s are in the pocket of ZH & RH. Upper management plays full politics and have racism culture they just want there people to grow no other. There is no job security at all they can transfer you anywhere in India....Read More
