I think management is taking wrong decision for ground level or what management asking is not exactly pass to the ground level. But lot of confusion is there. Also huge fear of location change is spread across all middle management.

Bossism, Pathetic HR, frequent transfers even within 3 months. Lay off is happening from 2023 and it's still going on more than 30k plus are thrown out of the bank. Registered labour cases in many of the states. Low cost employee recruitment for increasing the branches and low skilled people at managerial roles.

It is better to die than work for this bank. They promote culture to lie and cheat people. After doing everything if u stay alive, congratulations you won't get promoted or anything. Neither your salary will increase. You will be insulted, given slang, you will be over worked to meet impossible targets which is impossible. No holidays nothing. No overtime. You cannot sit in branch. You have to be on field and your manager will call you continuously to get updates. After reaching home you have to send business updates. If you are not able to do business any one day in morning meeting they will tell you to turn on camera doesn't matter you are traveling or anywhere. They basically treat you like animals.
