The best thing about the organisation is it's work Life balance, there fare to bank fare to customer approach. In ICICI seniors are not allowed to pressure employee. Easy to crack business

The most dislike thing was they have college based promotion system, means if someone is graduated from best institute, he/she will get promoted even if their performance is below average.

This place has a worst place to work specially where seniors are more into girls and when girl complains then the HR or any senior level person doesn’t do anything the girls end up leaving the job. If you are from north or south and working in West location specially Maharashtra the Maharashtra in bosses/seniors will teat you so badly and will force your to leave the job. They don’t care you are dead or alive they want there business. Not allow to sit in office at all. Stay in the market. Abusive language usage. There is a fix time to come to office but no fix time to go home. Trust me not because I left I’m saying this but the reality is when you work there and see those things. Everyone is corrupted out there. My ex boss do the bank business outside of bank so he earns side income from selling the loan files to other channel partners. And not only this he eats and give to all the seniors members to eat too. So that when you complain about him no one can do anything to him. So if you will raise the voice nothing is going to happen and you’ll resign the job that’s it....Read More

If you are in Mumbai RPC's you will have some great colleagues to work with. The company was great as I had been in connection since 2014 but recently the company has some unclear visions and taking rigourous steps to manpower cut down and does the workplace has became toxic. Company have very bad policy towards recruitment, I have seen new joinee freshers joining on high salary and they aren't even worth the salary given. Decisions if taken by business group or operations then it will work out well for the company but as of now HR are taking the decisions which will not be good for a long term....Read More

1. HR are like god in this company, they shift you anywhere irrelevant to your experience and education. They are god because you could never meet or see them in person. 2. The company does not layoff people, because they dont want to give severance pay but they will transfer you to some remote location or some irrelevant position so that you yourself resign from the company. 3. Career will not grow if you are located in Mumbai or Hyderabad. 4. Transfer and OJP's are just for name sakes but in reality they are not applicable for you. 5. A person was transferred to a different department by HR after 1 year of his service. Later the location of the person was changed after 6 months internally. While person applying for OJP the HR says "you have to be in a position for 2 years without transfer or location change". In this scenario the person did not change his location or job profile by his will but still he is not being considered for OJP. 6. People who wish to join the bank do speak to staff before you join, as the bigger picture shown is different from the actual reality in this bank. 7. I have worked with many companies in past then i switched to ICICI. Here you would not be heard, here you will not be appreciated, you have to work like a robot. 8. In my 1.5 years of tenure i haven't seen any employee engagement here....Read More
