In the retail asset operations group, you get enough exposure if you can bring on newer ideas to the table. The team was good so was the manager. I guess work culture is one of the best across the banking industry with proper work-life balance, job security.

Dislikes

Growth is a bit laid back in the operations group. Getting transfers is also one tough thing, totally depends upon your hierarchy even if you get a chance in a team of your choice. However, there are always options for OJP once you become a DM II.

Pathetic work culture, due to its aged and non supportive senior management, I mean why cant you replece these oldies with new talented people who are struggling to come up in food chain.salaries are pathetic for non-ca/non-mba from tier 1 colleges, i mean why you even hire them.no clarity over policy , every branch have theri own set of rules which they follow.
