Organisation is good but the people over there are very cheap and third class they are some RH and ZH are unable to put mail or they don’t know anything about excel but still they are sitting at that position and they just play politics and HR is completely deaf over please don’t suggest this bank to anyone

I was working with the bank for 3yrs and I had completed all my business parameters and KRA then also they had not given me bonus and transferred me to other region away from my home. Which were unprofessional behaviour by such big organisation and HR’s are in the pocket of ZH & RH. Upper management plays full politics and have racism culture they just want there people to grow no other. There is no job security at all they can transfer you anywhere in India....Read More

Salary payscale and promotion policy

Dislikes

Culture is the worst, politics, making agendas of harassing people mentally and not making a comfortable environment is a top notch. Management creates drama for sick leaves of 1-2 day and people harasses you like nothing, i mean a girl cannot take a sick leave for periods.
