There was nothing to like . Work life balance - 0 You start your day at 9:15 Am and there is no time to go home According to the managers here , the more you stay in office till late the more you are productive. There is nothing called as training here . They will give you an induction of 1 day jaha sirf paper kya gyan dia jata ha. Icici is this icici is that sb bakwas . They call themselves a learning promoting organisation. Like seriously 1 din ka induction and some useless modules will make us learn things? And here comes the interesting part The HR . I dont know whether these people have a HR policy of not . HR is equal to a big 0 No help no support . They will torture you everyday Will insult you everyday . Goona screw your mind everyday . you will feel like crying everyday . Feel like ending your life . Feel like you are nothing and you cant do anything in this life DO NOT JOIN . Period...Read More
