Only, the company is good enough holding the title of ICICI. Rest it’s not a good place for a women to work independently!

My experience as an only women with my team hasn’t been great. There was no support at all. The company is indeed good but the employees were never supportive. Expecting a management trainee hired through college campus placement to perform well in Motor Agency, Sales without any prior experience was unfair and unsafe as well. Plus,the HR was not either supportive. That’s why today, i am no longer a part of ICICI Lombard group....Read More
