The connection between different hierarchies and the personal relation between people.

The work culture isn’t that healthy. Policies are just on paper it has less practical meaning. The poor politics makes the environment unhealthy. HR as a function has zero duty towards staff - they are just for salary disbursal and hiring formalities. The senior manager has trust issues and they mostly like taking feedback from floor staff which generally shouldn’t happen.
