Only infrastructure is good and nothing to like it

Dislikes

Working life is zero no support staff and HR is also careless after joining 2. Shift adherence is so strict and leave policy is not up to the mark 3. Process is very under pressure there is no public holidays 4. No medical no esic no pf benifits 5. No growth opportunity

I worked at IE for 7 years and got promoted till AM. that's what i liked about Myself. there's no role of ienergizer in my 7 years of dedicated career.

Dislikes

Top Management are all 12th fail, they are at the top because they were failures of their times and join the domestic call center Ienergizer. management is always looking for new girls, managers plan to hunt the girl by manipulating and micro managing. even they share inappropriate pictures of their female staff after getting them and if they oppose they fire them.

culture is too much good of company ,work was frusted because you can't take leave normally either you have too much important work if it is unplanned ,somewhere issues with systems that doesnt work properly but you have to manage by your side as you can do, invorment of the company was too much good thats what i really like about this company but if you have to take advantage like promotion you have too be in tls or managers eyes , doesnt matter you are working hard or not......Read More

Its a jail for the employees, even they have different washrooms for the managers and the agent. How partiality they are doing with agents and there washrooms are not even clean and if you want to eat your lunch, you have to walk 1.5 km to go to their outdoor canteen they don't have any pantry near their production floors. So bad experience🥲

Infrastructure, support, transperancy, quick response on queries, well managed insurance system, well managed attendance system..

Everything is fine just need to increase the salary as per the job profile and market demand

I had job in covid and I am grateful for that but it does not mean that the company is all perfect.

Dislikes

They have many ways to deduct money from account but less to give away money. Not an employee centric company.
