Only I get salary on time and there is no support from operation team

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.

Its a jail for the employees, even they have different washrooms for the managers and the agent. How partiality they are doing with agents and there washrooms are not even clean and if you want to eat your lunch, you have to walk 1.5 km to go to their outdoor canteen they don't have any pantry near their production floors.

First they offer that your CTC is 40k
And after you get 28k in inhand
In that also there is a twist if you take a unplanned leave and there is no leave balance on your account then you will loose 6k
In the name of attendance bonus you will loose 5k and a day salary 1k
