Likes: There is nothing that cab be liked worst company Dislikes: What to mention here. Everything in that factory (I-energizer) is the worst. Work culture, management, policies (jo kuch hai nhi) everything is the worst. Joining I-energizer is like to commit suicide.

Likes: I have seen worst company in Gurugram. They didn't give anyone relieving letter and experience. At time of exit they will terminate employee showing any false activity. Also harrassed employee working with them.
I would not recommend anyone to work with this company.

Likes: Nothing to like about this company. Dislikes: 1. Long and irregular working hours, which can lead to burnout.
2. Stressful work conditions and high-pressure tasks are common points of criticism.
3. Wages and benefits are not always align with industry standards, particularly for the workload involved.
Likes: Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.
Dislikes: Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day.
Also the policies are not employee centric.
Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.
