Dislikes

they didn't allow you to go out outside the office within shift timings. and in most of the process you have to submit your mobile phone in locker. Salary deduction ; they impose panelty if you take unplanned leave or uf you don't have leave balance in you account.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. There is a huge three cafeterias and gaming acarde for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary

Nothing is good. There is no cabs, long shift timing, hire and fire rule, you have to buy out even if you have completed your notice period, worst management.

The working atmosphere is good actually great bt the staff is horrible. The company can b great and all the companies are mostly bt its the staff actually that matters.

Dislikes

The staff is the one that i didn’t like… because they never help regarding the policies of the company and they keep changing it, as i know they cannot change it bt they can update us with it bt they don’t as they themselves are nt updated.! (Dehradun staff)

Management staff is not supportive From last 2 month I am waiting for my relieving letter.. my last working day was 7 June, my manager Shivkant Shukla not giving my incentive voucher.. no support from the management.. in 11 month lost my mental peace. Mixed cultural & diverse environment, friendly management especially to females, a great place to start for freshers and NE people. Salary and bonus always on time but everyone gets paid on date 7th. Casual BUT appropriate dress codes (who needs to wear expensive suits to sit on a system with a headset and talk to customers), IJP always open for employees to get promoted or change roles.

Dislikes

Washrooms are too far away, no PF, work hours is very excruciatingly long (10 hrs), attendance punch in/out machines are limited to 4 in entire building and they're installed inside the building and not the gate. no cab services (especially for a very big organisation) and outside the building all the roads are occupied by local auto/e-rickshaw drivers, cafeteria can be a little cleaner/hygienic.

Horrible polices. You will feel like in some weird slave running company. You need destination to even use something as basic as an elevator. No learning, no stability. People work on the basis of their initial perception about you. Managers are illiterate and not helpful at all
