The company gives you a lot of opportunities to learn alot. Growth is a bit slow but job security has no problem. Culture is good as well.

Learning and development activities does happen from time to time. Company policies provide equal opportunity (and sometimes more) to females unless a manager has a personal bias towards hiring females (which is possible in any organisation).
