Nothing about to like here they just want to cut your salary.

They did not brief about rules prior to your joining so I am here to tell you exactly what they will do to you if you joined them 1)- They will cut 25% of your salary from first month. 2)- So this 25% cut in your salary will go upto 4 months. 3)- And if you want to leave them and serve the notice period then they will hold your lastmonth salary. 4)-You have to be ready to loose 2 month salary if you want to leave them. 4)- If you take leave and salary date is coming so they presume that you can leave them so they will hold that month salary and after 15 or 20 days they can release if HR mood is good otherwise you have to wait for the next month. Now coming to the next part - If they assigned you any work outside the campus so you have to go by your vehicle and they will not pay you a penny for the fuel you burn.
