The Managers are so toxic, they keep agents if they don’t want to quit. If they came to know the agent is going to initiate exit or initiated exit they purposely terminate them without any papers or force them remove exit. Few of my colleagues faced this. The HR team is awful.

Nothing to like , except the trainers and training programs. Apart from trainers most of the managment and managers are toxic. The other positive point is that - as workload is too much, and the managment treats you horribly as a result Bonding between junior associates is fabioulous , they will help you a lot. They say advertise on linkedin that they are hiring for CDM but in reality this is Offshore Clerk work for US Clinic doctors who cannot afford to have staff for filing Patient documents to EHR. This experience is not at all considered anywhere expect for few other companies where EHR filing activies are caried out, IKS Used to pay arround 15k to fresher till year 2018 but since have reduced it to even lower salary - 12400-13k....Read More

No life science graduate will ever want to stay here, Anyone who has worked in IKS for more than 1-2years is still here only because this experience is not considered for any role. Please be aware that Data abstraction and DATA documenttion is basicly DATA entry job for Patients of US Doctors. Documents like Insurance, Coloscopy, Appiontment letter, this are being proccesed by associates. Belive me , this knowledge does not help you anywhere in Clinical research, PV or CDM industry . If you are that desperate, and cannot wait for a better oppurtunity, please join MR role in Pharma, the stress is same but the pay is much better...Read More
