Management is too poor. They feels they're the boss. Sometimes they force us to work overtime but they don't pay for that. Work culture is too much toxic. TLs don't gives us our deserved leaves. I feel too much mental pressure here.

Just a normal IT solution company, they support you at the early stage, the best part is salary gets credited on the 30th of each month.

Dislikes

They get the most out of you at the lowest possible salary, for promotion (even if you deserve it), you have to keep in touch with your manager and do as he says.

Imerit working culture is very good. HR department & staffing department is very cooperative. In some projects managers are very cooperative. Except cartography project, appraisal happens in other projects.

Dislikes

In Imerit there is many projects to work with. In cartography project there is lot's of work pressure but, no appraisal.

If you are less ambitious about your career then this job will give you enough leisure time, enough holidays and leave for your family. Better for those who took it as part time job

Company politics, management are worse, you will not gain any new skill that would be helpful for future

In terms of salary/appraisal's, the company provides adequate percentage of hike. HR & Company Management is good.

Dislikes

In terms of stability, it is a big issue in this company. There's no stability of remaining in project, therefore it remains as a big question of why they remove from the projects. Growth & Promotion is totally unbalanced.

Areas of opportunities: 1. Massive revamp is required in the hiring process to hire the best talent. 2. Talent growth and retention need to be the top focus of the company rather than hiring substandard talent for specialized workflows. 3. Strong training plan should be designed and inculcated for new and existing managers so that they can make rational and appropriate decisions pertaining to their projects. 4. The company should also invest in better analytics powered productivity tools instead of relying on spreadsheets so that they can have better visibility of the project health and make course corrections with ample time in hand rather than the 11th hour....Read More
