1. There is nothing called work life balance here, you will be asked to work even when you are sick. 2. there is no proper project management as the sales team decides to complete the project in 1 month, which originally should take atleast 3 months, and in the end the developer will be questioned. 3. You will be asked to work even on saturdays and sundays, or even holidays. 4. The working hours are really strict, you are bound to stay in the office for 9 hours. 5. Their policies can change at any time, interns were asked to come to office for 6 months unpaid, otherwise their internship would be of 9 months. For those who came to office and stayed and worked even on Saturdays and Sundays, it was worse. After 6 months, they suddenly decided to extend the internship period by another 3 months. And in between every 14 days there would be an assignment and threats that whoever doesnt clear would be fired. After extending the 3 months trainee period also, there was 6 months more of the probation period. My experience working at this company was disappointing and frustrating. The work culture was toxic and unprofessional. Employees' personal lives were judged, and there was a complete lack of job security. Even experienced professionals with 5+ years of service could be terminated without any valid reason or warning. Everything, company is total scam, they will come to your college and tell you in pre placement talk that they will pay you 25k per month during 6 month internship and when you are selected and college has restricted you from sitting in any other company they will say you have to work for 6 months on your own expense and company will just give you 25k bonus when you join as full time employee, now one will think in such hard times and recession let's spend some of your parents money atleast you'll get full time after 6 months but here comes the twist they'll one day say they are not going to give you full time you'll have to work for another 3 months on 20k per month as a trainee and for full time we'll give it to you based on your performance. If someone asks for work from home then they'll say why company will pay you if you're going to work from home, so totally company is just manipulating young freshers who wanted to start there career decently. Company has a total waste policy of 1 paid leave in a month and if you take more then your full time may get effected, like what are you telling us, we are unpaid interns that are spending their own money and working 9 hours in your company. They said they'll provide food all three times but when you join any other branch except for banglore they will say we will only give lunch and really that lunch is worse than shit, even dogs don't eat that tasteless food. Now coming to working seniors are chill and helpful but most of seniors are just 1 year senior to us and they too don't know things, as an intern you will have to learn everything yourself though there are people who are ready to help you and explore things with you but if you have a doubt and want to get it cleared seniors will just burden you with their own doubts and now you will be the one clearing there doubts. They'll always make you work extra and that too for free. Their pay scale is totally shit, they offer 6-7 lakh package but don't disclose the proper breakdown and in further meetings and talking to seniors you'll come to know the real pay is too low your package of 6-7 lakhs merely comes out to be around 4 lakh, the People in management are shameless, a person with approx 15+ lakh loan has to work for 6 months in your company for free spending his/her own family money which at end of 6 months sums upto approx 1.2 lakhs and then they'll make you trainee for three months just wow. What a company, they think we are dogs and pigs and can be treated any way they want. There HR says learning is more important than money, dear sir please stop taking salary and learn new things then we'll see how you'll pay your bills and learn with empty stomach. They don't understand your financial conditions or anything all they want is free labour. They hire student from campus as Associate software engineer with 7 lpa in FTE but when it comes to onboarding, they said they don't have money to pay and force us to work as intern with 20k per month( which is actually majduri) ...they always take advantage from our situation as we are bound to join them... so a genuine message to all fresher from colleges who want to join incture, just don't join, you life will be better, instead join any company like tcs, capg, cognizent, Accenture...at least these people don't give fake promise....Read More

1. Deceiving people. False promises right from the start. 2. No good projects 3. No growth 4. Salary is too low. Package is highly deceiving. You always end up getting way less than you expected. 5. Company culture is the worst. No work from home option. 6. No clear guidance for freshers. 7. Nobody stays in the company for more than 2 years. Many a times you will feel that entire company is a scam. And your career is completely destroyed after you join here. CEO goes around marketing the company as a product based company, even though there are products, most of the projects are service based and there is nothing new to learn in product also. Almost all the college hires are dissatisfied with the company. They hire from the best colleges and make students work in support projects which is not fair.
