Nothing major, but below are few.... Free Cabs after 8pm (subject to approval or deducted from your salary) Free dinner after 8pm The VP paid out usually is 100%

My experience in Indegene was really amazing. The office culture is it's best part, no toxicity and very friendly and helpful seniors. The compensation they paid was a very competitive one as compared to the current pay scale in the industries. Also there's a lot of focus on learning and improving the skill set of the employee

Dislikes

The company's usp is that it only serves to medical clients, so after a while you might feel stuck with same work and project which might limit your exposure and growth
